Vaccination Requirements

Before any services can begin, all pets must be current on their vaccinations. Once your account is set up, you’ll be required to upload proof of these vaccinations to our client portal. This policy also ensures compliance with state regulations in Florida.

For Dogs:

  • Rabies

  • Bordetella

  • Distemper

For Cats:

  • Rabies

  • FVRCP


Service Requests

To ensure availability, we kindly ask that all bookings be made at least 24 hours in advance. This notice also applies to cancellations. For details on holiday-related changes, please refer to our holiday cancellation policy.

Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a $10.00 short-notice fee.

All bookings and cancellations must be submitted through the client portal.


Payments

Full payment for services is due no later than the first day the service begins.

 

Holiday Rates

Because of high demand during major holidays, we recommend booking at least one month in advance to ensure availability.

An additional $10 fee applies to all services scheduled on or around major holidays.
An additional $18 fee applies to overnight stays and pet sitting during these peak times.

To secure a holiday reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Easter: 4/18/25 – 4/20/25

Memorial Day: 5/23/25 – 5/26/25

Independence Day: 7/4/25 – 7/6/25

Labor Day: 8/29/25 – 9/1/25

Thanksgiving: 11/27/25 – 11/30/25

Christmas/New Years: 12/24/25 – 1/1/26


REFUNDS (Holiday)

During a holiday weekend/season, If a cancellation is made 10 or more days in advance, then the client will be entitled to a full refund. Please keep in mind that there is always a high demand around the holidays and our team sets apart their time away from their families in order to accommodate our clients.
